(1) Are your products authentic?
Yes. We ship some product directly from China. We do have overseas manufacturing, so some products are shipped from China where it goes through our quality control process. Our manufacturing facilities are strictly controlled under US labor regulations. So the box shows it shipped from China can be authentic.
(2) Why your products are cheaper than other websites?
The online kicks environment is competitive. There are many established vendors out there with years of experience and repeat customers backing their success. We are a new entry to this line and we want to stay here for a while. Because of our desire for success we are taking a chance by slashing profits to generate customer loyalty — we know once you buy one item from us, you are not going to be shopping anywhere else. Also, as we are an e-store, we can keep our prices to a minimum due to low overhead costs thus passing on the savings to our growing dedicated customer base.
(3) I am wary of trusting you with my payment and afraid to buy. How can I trust you?
We understand that there are many scams online and that it is difficult to shop online especially for something like a replica product, but we treat our clients money like our money and this is why our business is successful. We do not push any client to buy as we already receive a high volume of orders – if you do not trust us that is fine and we don’t want you to feel uncomfortable buying from us. If you still feel wary then please remember shopping with us is a choice, and we want you to be 100% comfortable before buying.
(4) Why can't you accept credit cards directly?
Due to high fraud incident rates we have decided to no longer accept credit cards directly. This is to protect both our clients and ourselves.
(5) What about custom taxes and duties?Will Ibe invoiced any when order from you?
In most cases (But for the most part), you will not be invoiced any custom taxes or duties upon shipment delivery. Indeed, we have all orders packed in small carton boxes, with the mention "gift, no value for customs". Though, in marginal cases (we recorded 3 cases last year), a shipment can be applied custom taxes and duties. Although we are not liable for those taxes an duties, we always offer our clients a partial compensation solution. Each situation is dealt with case by case by our customer service office.
(6) Sometimes your support response is delayed, why?
Our company is handling a very large volume of emails on our products. We will try to reply all our emails within 24 hours during the weekdays. Please help yourself in finding the answers u want from our FAQ section. We have placed all the frequently asked questions here to fasten the process. If you can not find the answers, you can come to contact us .
(7) Do I need an account to place an order?
It better be. Because you can earn points by placing orders with an account, and the points can be used as deductions when placing orders.In addition, all your purchasing history will be recorded.
(8) How do i place the order?
1.Place your order:
Choose all items you need and select the quantity click the button "Add To Cart" ,then submit the order when all items have been chosen, finally click the yellow button “proceed to checkout”, fill in your mailbox and contact information.

2.Confirm your order:
After geting your order,we will send you an order confirmation, which include total price and our payment information.(pls pay attention to your email after u place order .)
3.Make the payment
Make the payment by Paypal on website derectly Or western union or transferwise
4 .Make the shippment:
You will receive your stuff within 5-7days once we receive your payment , and offer you the tracking number by email once your stuff has been shipped.
5.Track your stuff and receive them.

(9) How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can contact us based on your information if you wish to cancel or change your order. If we do not hear from you about canceling or changing orders within 24 hours, we will deal with the shipment for you.
(10) How do I look for goods that are not listed on your site?
If you are looking for goods we don't list on our site. Please click contact with us with a picture, a serial number or the model number of the goods. The more details given, the easier and quicker to locate the goods in the factory.
(11) What can I do, if I cannot place an order successfully online?
