I always size up with Nike. I’m a size 8 women usually and I got a 7 wide men and they fit perfectly!

I found it a bit tight to get my foot into the sneaker when first wearing them but once your foot ia in the sneaker they are very comfortable and they stretch so the next time you wear them it's easier to get your foot into them. I'm actually thinking of buying another pair of these since I like them so much.
